1 cup of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and mix together, you may want to use your hands. Form dough into a ball and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or if it's well wrapped, it keeps in the fridge for a few days).
If you are in touch with your inner five-year old (like me!), roll out and cut into shapes and add sprinkles before baking at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Then make yourself a Bodum of French Roast and join me in one of the best traditions of the season!
